No, it isn’t against the law. They even sell vehicles from the dealers without them. It is mostly trucks that drive around without bumpers, but there are several cars without bumpers.

to tell u the truth i dont know but im in VA and i’ve seen plenty of cars driving without any rear bumper on them or them taped on there – i guess u can but have to have it repaired sooner or later right??
