Your pattern was used from the 60s ( I would have to check but I think it was 1967) through to the 1996 f150. In 1997 the pattern was changed to a metric and a non conical lug nut and hub.Any f100 or f150 wheel from the 1967 to 1996 will fit.

all ford truck 5 hole are 5 1/2″ bolt pattern. so are older jeeps(cj 5 and 7) pre-wrangler (86 and back) jeep wheels fit on ford but ford won’t fit on jeep because ford wheels have a smaller center hole.
