I’m pretty much committed to getting a Harley-Davidson. I would be using it mostly for recreational purposes, but also might do some light commuting on it. In narrowing down the possibilities, I’ve eliminated everything in the Sportster family (simply because the bikes are too small and everyone tells me I will outgrow them [...]

My car wouldn’t start, and I took it to my Dodge dealership and they performed a diagnostic test. They said my starter was faulty and suggested replaced. I had a new battery installed in May 2009. Should go ahead and tell them to replace the alternator has well since I’m getting a new starter?

Where can I learn more about it.

Fuel is getting to the injectors, but it is not starting. Could there be a code on it preventing it from starting? or, what other reasons could there be? It was running fine until the lift pump went out.

vehicle, such as original tire size, carburetor, maybe some stats about original mpg, prices, etc.
it would be really nice if i could find some pictures about what the original carb looked like hooked up, i would prefer a free website, thanks

Well, since our PM thinks that the fuel subsidies is for the poor & the middle income – ”The genius who figure this out by giving subsidy by CC of the vehicle rather than income”, here are some of the cars the rich can buy and claim subsidy!

I was hit by another driver in my Jeep Liberty. The the passenger front rim, bumper, light assembly and fender were all damaged. After the accident and the subsequent repairs (including front-end realignment) the tire on the side of the vehicle that was hit now bounces up into the wheel well and actually [...]

The engine is a Ford Trasit 2.5L Di in my T-reg Ldv 400 Convoy. The problem i have is power from the engine. When i accelerate, there seems to be very little power untill the engine reaches very high revs and then powers up like a turbo has kicked in (my engine is non-turbo). One [...]

I’ve a Volvo TAMD70C (F6 truck) turbodiesel engine that I need to get timed up and have a certain bolt replaced. However, I myself don’t know how to set timing, how it all works in principle exactly or why I can’t simply replace the bolt myself LOL. I know where 2 of the timing marks [...]

I was wondering if anyone has ever replaced the manifold gaskets as well as the fuel injectors on a 1989 Corvette L98 engine? After spending several hours on it we were finally able to remove it, but it was more than I had anticipated. I worked on many older engines (60s – 70s) and lately [...]
