Daewoo Kalos Sx Scrapping Noise?

10 Feb 2010My Car is a 1998 Honda Civic. One mechanic told me it was the AC Compressor/Dyer. The squealing noise goes with the engine, that is, if i press the accelerator, the frequency of the squealing increases, and slows with the engine.

I recently bought an old Audi 80. It is a great car, but whenever I start the engine, or accelerate, it makes a really loud screeching noise. It also seems to get even worse when the weather is cold.
Is this just the fan belt needing tightening, or could it be something else?

Everything appears to be solid underneath u-joints, control arms, and my jeep still drives straight, I just don’t know what it is?
