I Have A 2000 Daewoo Nubira That Jerks To The Right A Little After Making Turns, Be It A Left Or Right.?

the steering wheel, up until it jerks is straight( if i had to describe it then the best way would be if it was a clock, it would be 12:00). after the jerk it goes to “1:00″ but drives fine and straight afterwards. even if i stop at a light and continue on straight, it won’t jerk again, only after i make a turn. any suggestions?

Hi, my 2002 1.5 L Daewoo Lanos creates noise if it runs above 70 kmph.
It has got 4 fairly new tyres (15,000 km on all four), and I just
recently rotated them, still the noise exists. The faster I drive, the
louder is the noise, it comes from the front. I wonder if it is
created by any worn out bearing e.g. alternator/pulley/timing belt or wheel bearing? My Lanos has
got 78,000 km on it and is maintained regularly. Any share of
experience is appreciated.

you just need to take it to a shop that has a newer updated machine,theirs probably wasn’t equipped to handle that car,they aren’t much different than most cars but do require a newer updated machine to align them with,good luck.

I have a 2003 Daewoo Nubira, bought new. Naturally the warranty ended 2 months ago, and i find myself with a slew of problems. Took it in for some new tires found out the arm(?) for wheel with some bushings is worn out and needs to be replaced. Both front tires. This will cost me nearly $400 in repairs, not including alignment. Now here is the catch, it has been like this for some time (according to repair shop)Daewoo parts are hard to come by and usually take a good 2-3 months to get. I did not believe him and called Chevy dealership where i purchased vehicle and 2 other repair shops. Both told me the same thing. I want to know other peoples views on this vehicle and if they are running into same problem. I am thinking of just getting rid of it before i have more problems. Any one ?

Problem With My Daewoo Matiz……..?

My Matiz is a 2000 make. It runs both on LPG & Petrol. When i drive it in petrol, the engine turns off after 20 to 30 kms. Then if I change it to LPG, it runs for an other few KMS. Again the engine gets turned off. It again works if I run it in petrol. It gets turned off in the middle of the driving. If I allow the engine to get cooled down & if i start driving it after 20 to 30 mins, it runs smoothly for an other 25 kms & gets turned off again. Moreover, the pick-up is very bad in both petrol & LPG. Also there is some problem with the radiator. If I fill the coolant in the morning, it gets emptied by the evening of the same day. I can not even find a good garage in Coimbatore (Tamilnadu, India) to get my car fixed. Can somebody help me out with a good solution?

Daewoo Cielo Overheating, But Cooling Fan Is Working. Is It Thermostat Or Something Else?

I have checked the cooling fan and it is working, but not coming on when the engine starts to overheat. There is some sort of switch inside a bolt on the radiator, the live feed for the fan goes into it and a switch feed comes out to the fan (if that makes sense). The live feed is good, but the switch feed does not come on. What is this ‘bolt’? Is it a radiator thermostat, I thought the thermostat was in the engine block?
Also, the temperature indicator goes up to about a quarter, but never into the red, so not sure if the thermostat is knackered?

what is the cause and or how would I approach fixing a leak on my car, with it being a closed system. If I wanted to use that stop leak stuff, would I put it in the overflow coolant container, like I do with the radiator. Since it doesnt have a radiator that you can directly put the stop leak in, where would I put it in. What are some of the longter effects if I am able to do this.

I have a 1998 1.5L Daewoo Lanos.
Everytime I fill up the coolant, it just drains it all and slowly leaks all out under the car.
It dosen’t seem to be leaking from any pipes, radiator etc. It looks like it’s coming from near the block.
Is this a blown headgasket?

My Daewoo Lanos is now using litres of water everytime I use it. There is no green colour left in the coolant, its just brown water.
I have to fill the radiator coolant tank up every 15mins.
Do I just need to flush it and put in new radiator coolant?
Or is there a bigger problem?
