I cannot help but wonder…do you need to pull the fuel tank out of this car all together? or is it like a honda civic where the pump is accessible from underneath the back seats, either way, grab a repair book or a service manual if you can find the pump and have access to a Digital multi meter (DMM) you can see if you have voltage availible at the pump, if theres no voltage availible while cranking its your relay which shouldnt be too far away from your fuse box sir.

get a rubber hammer or just some1 w/ a heavy hand and c if it will start by banging on gas tank while turning car over,u should hear pump kick on hopefully, buy a chilton to find relay or check firewall or fuse locations
