It depends on the engine and model, is it a dual cam which has 4 valves per cylinder or a single cam?

20 Feb 2010Maybe your damper doors aren’t working. When you turn the defrost on, an electronic door opens and allows heat to come through the defroster.
Turn the radio off, put the fan speed on low, click defrost, and listen for a motor sound. If you don’t hear it.. your doors probably aren’t working.

20 Feb 2010yeah, on a 240, its behind the lower dashboard covering, there should be two, one is for the fuel pump, and one is for the fuel injection system
