I was changing the fuel filter in a 2003 WRX and I forgot to relieve the pressure before removing the old filter. Of course I got a little gasoline on myself, then swapped in the new one.
Since I forgot to relieve the pressure first, could I have damaged anything?

where is it, and how can i change it, without spilling gasoline everywhere? anyone have a step by step?

I want to change my fuel filter, but I am not sure where it is located and if any special techniques need to be used. I am also going to change out my cabin filter. Where is it located? Thanks guys!

I don’t have the car manual…I just bought it used a week ago, so I have no clue as to which fuse under the hood to pull to release the fuel pressure.

I cant find it anywhere and it doesn’t even mention a fuel filter in the service manual.

It’s a 2.5L 4 cylinder. Is it an in-line filter or the traditional canister like filters?

i just need to know where the fuel filter is on a 98 Subaru Legacy (wagon)… can’t find it.

It’s not the fuse, which I replaced to be sure, but the fuse is fine. The rest of my lights work. Could it be the relay switch? Can I fix this myself?

Does anyone know where i can possibly buy Audi LED style headlights for my 06 subaru legacy?

It just started doing this about a week ago. Sometimes we have to drive with the windows open.

I have a 1999 subaru forester, less than 80000 miles on it. The check engine light was on, kept coming back with a code that the fuel/oxygen ratio was off. Replaced both oxygen sensors, and that helped a bit. Figured it was the cat convertor. Could someone, who may have wanted [...]
